Q: When and where and how the unit is put?

1. Better turn on the unit after sunset or before nearly dark.

2. Hand it 1 meter above the ground, ideally out of reach of children.

3. Place it at a spacious dark location

4. Avoid high traffic location.

5. Avoid to put where the crowds are existing.

6. Better to place near the water source outdoor.

7. Better not to place near the street lights outdoor.

8. Better not to place near the table lamp inside room.

9. Better to close the air-conditioner indoor when the unit is working.

10. Ensure CO2 emission outlet is not covered or blocked by any object.

Q: Use at most effective time?

    Operate the set after sunset and before dark.

Q: Trap does not operate?

    1. Check plug is firmly in "live" electric outlet

    2. Make sure on/off switch is set to "on"

    3. Check that plug at bottom of the trap is well positioned.

Q: Lamp doesn’t work while fan is operating?

    1. Check that lamps are securely placed and are turned correctly.

    2. If this does not help, replace the lamps.
